1. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of required advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the due date.
- Failure to make balance payment may result in cancellation without prior notice.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, government regulations, supplier charges or unforeseen operational costs until booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
- Refunds will be processed as per applicable Cancellation Policy.
- Non-refundable supplier or government charges will be deducted.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Travel-O-Desi reserves the right to alter itinerary, accommodation, transport, activities or timings due to weather, road closures, natural disasters, government directives, safety concerns or circumstances beyond control.
5. Health & Fitness
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit.
- Guests must disclose pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
- Participation may be refused if a traveller's condition poses safety risk.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respect fellow travellers, leaders, local communities and the environment.
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Avoid behaviour that may disturb or endanger others.
- Do not carry or consume illegal drugs/prohibited substances.
7. Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol consumption and smoking may be restricted or prohibited on certain tours, treks, camps or during travel. Guests must follow instructions of the Tour Leader.
8. Personal Belongings
Travel-O-Desi is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, luggage, cash, electronics or valuables during the trip.
9. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid Government-issued ID. For international travel, valid passport, visa, travel insurance if applicable and all required documents are traveller responsibility.
10. Force Majeure
Travel-O-Desi shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, changes or losses caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, road closures, adverse weather, government restrictions or transportation disruptions.
11. Photography & Media
Travel-O-Desi may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes unless a guest informs us in writing before the trip.
12. Limitation of Liability
Travel-O-Desi acts as a tour organizer coordinating third-party suppliers and shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, delays, loss, damage or expenses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Travel-O-Desi may refuse or terminate participation of any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, unlawful or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such cases.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
15. Acceptance
By making a booking with Travel-O-Desi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy.
